hurmm...
starting my intern in drei linden ( benstanton- wettswil)
it doesn't sound or look tough to me,
sincerely, but just bored,
the first week is always the challenging week for me,
everything you have to start from the scratch,
and to adapt myself in the kitchen as well...
well, my boss/chef if a man from Arab, is married with a swiss lady and have three cute little kids. mr.yamout and mrs yamout (silvana)
name, tarek, sara and maruan(cute baby)
well i have 2 collegue, one in the service name Evana and kitchen Kumaran
they are nice person, just that keep talking german to me make my life difficult...
but just like what my boss said to me,
'you aim here isn'tjust to complete your intern, but to learn how to speak german more fluently,
you know everything in the kitchen since you learned from the school, so it is not difficult for u, but speaking in german need times to pick up, so i'm arranging you to do services for saturday and sunday morning, to allow you to learn quickly and another skill to obtain'
that sounds great to me... but god know that i have totally forget about my german..
my german only applicable for gruezi...danke and ciao...
life is miserable for me in this case...
working split shift is something to kill my time here cause in this little town,
there is nothing to see or to do...
watching over and over again of drama is my activity for free time
and i have already started to pick up all the things i need to know in the kitchen
so where will my life be in the second..
tomorrow will be the very good try out for the second week begin..
